Electrical Inspection and testing to IEE specification

Electrical safety is at the core of Quipex ethos - and it is important to us that your electrical wiring is compliant with the safety requirements of the IEE Wiring Regulations Seventeenth Edition, BS7671:2008 (as amended).

Everything we do on your installation will comply with the IEE legal stipulation for electrical inspection and testing. We will work within your own operational constraints too, so you can be sure that whatever your requirement, a coordinated solution to an often time-critical task, will be found.

Following the specifications laid out in Chapter 6, (Inspection and testing) of the IEE Wiring Regulations Seventeenth Edition, BS7671:2008 (as amended), we will provide you with a complete electrical inspection and testing package that includes arranging, isolating, inspecting, testing, re-instating and documenting your electrical installation.

Our package covers a full visual check of the condition of your wiring system in all accessible areas. The whole wiring system will then undergo prescribed metered tests, using calibrated test equipment that operates to IEE standards. If faults are found, our technician will make further investigations.

On completion of the electrical inspection and testing, the results will be tabulated, and observations and recommendations regarding any faults and defects found, will be entered into the report. Your wiring system will then be certified with an NICEIC approved document, which can be stored electronically or printed as a paper copy.
